I am so impressed with the customer service, product offerings and timely delivery of my custom gift box (sent to an important client) through Panache. I was introduced to Panache through another business associate who uses Panache to send thank you gifts. It was pretty amazing to get a photo of the final gift box being sent out so I could see what the final product looked like. To top it off, the hand written note was elegantly done in calligraphy in the style that was on brand with my business! That was a nice surprise cherry on top!
